Tom Rocca receives life time achievement award for outstanding contributions to the contact center industry

May, 2006, Vangtel is proud to announce that Tom Rocca, a member of our Advisory Board, received a Lifetime Achievement Award by TMC® and Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine on May 4, 2006 in Manhattan, New York.

The award was presented at the 21st Annual Top 50 Teleservices Agencies and MVP Quality Awards dinner to honor key personnel that have made significant contributions to the teleservices industry in the past 25 years.

Tom Rocca has been an active member of the American Teleservices Association (ATA) since 1987 and currently serves as a Past Chairman and on the National Board of Directors. He has over 25 years of experience in the consumer sales reengineering and development for the teleservices industry. Rocca is the Founder/President for KPI Group, LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
